Robert O'Geay | President & CEO
Owner Robert O'Geay established EZ Home Solutions in 2005 on a foundation of respect, stability, reputation, and professionalism.
Robert originally began his career in sales. As a top performer and perfectionist, Robert has always been dedicated to stellar service. This dedication along with his desire to provide Minnesota homeowners with a reliable contracting service is what drove him to start his own company.
He is passionate about his work, a champion of the Wounded Warrior Project, and an ethical business owner who strives to do what is best by always putting people above profit.
Josh Rosen | Director of Operations
My name is Josh Rosen. I am originally from Hopkins, Minnesota, currently reside in Prior Lake. When I am not working, I am either working out or doing projects on my properties, spending time on the lake, or time with my friends.
At a young age, I started to work in sales and new it was something I enjoyed. My work history is quite long. Over the years I have worked for companies like Circuit City, Compusa, Mattress Giant, and Seal Guard. I have always exceeded the sales goals at any company I have worked for. I have always been in the top 1 percent in sales which lead me to be a successful Nationwide Sales Manager for a variety of companies as well.
That success eventually lead me to start my own Construction Company in 2003 that specialized in providing and installing the most energy-efficient triple-pane windows available! Recently I made some changes in my working career and have been working for EZ Home Solutions for a few.
Jerred Funk | OperationS Manager
My name's Jerred and I'm from Circle Pines, MN. I am the Operation's Manager here and love that I get to be an advocate for our customers and ensure they get the best possible outcome on their projects.
I worked in low voltage for 10 years, did schooling to get my low voltage license. I worked in hospitals, lots of schools, State buildings, and lots of random company buildings.
My hobbies are pool, bowling, and games. But I really enjoy spending time with my family. I have 2 brothers, 1 sister, 4 nephews, and a niece.
I have worked at EZ Home Solutions for 12 years now. I have enjoyed my time here and couldn't see myself anywhere else.
Bryan Bressler | Sales Manager
I am Bryan Bressler. I grew up in Eagan MN. Currently, I live in Lakeville with my beautiful wife Christy and our five daughters. The oldest is 14 and my youngest is 2.
On the weekend’s we really enjoy going to northern Minnesota and get out hiking and relaxing with our extended family. I have been in the construction industry my entire life but ten years ago I moved to the sales side. The most fulfilling thing about my job is helping my customers design their siding project on my computer. I started with EZ Home Solutions in 2020 and I look forward to many years here.
Shaun Hansen | Senior Project Manager
I am Shaun Hansen. I grew up in Minnetonka, MN. I currently live in Nisswa, MN. I am happily married to my wife Janell and have two kids, William and Abby.
I enjoy fishing and family time. I have been in the hail business for fourteen years, processed over 500 claims, and have served the Brainerd Lakes, Aitkin, Crosby, Pillager, and Nisswa area for of those years. I have worked for EZ Home Solutions for two years.
Chris Dusenka | Project Manager
My name is Chris Dusenka I am 37 years old. I am from MN born in Fridley and grew up in Maple grove. I went to Osseo High School. I currently live in Elk River
I have a beautiful family. My wife is Nicole, she is a nurse at Methodist Hospital. I have an 18-year-old daughter named Nicole who just graduated with honors from Rogers High School and received an academic scholarship to St. Cloud St college. I also have a 1-year old boy named Avery, who is so fun. When I am not working, I enjoy the family. Other than that, I am a huge sports nut. Love to golf and fish. Watch and play fantasy sports as well.
My work history is mainly in the construction industry. I was a telemarketer for a couple of home improvement companies at first. And then in 2006, I started with a hail damage company called Evergreen Construction. I was with them for 2 years until the sales manager opened a new company that I went with too. That company is called Greenguard Construction; I was with them for 9 years. I worked with All around for a year as well before I found EZ Home Solutions, who I’m with now in my 4th year with the company.
Bill Scherffius | Project Manager
Hi, my name is Bill Scherffius. I am 32 years old born in St. Louis MO. Went to Ritenour and Warrenton High Schools. I currently reside in O'Fallon, Mo.
I have the most amazing family with 2 girls ages 13 and 11 also a 1-year-old boy. We love to spend our weekends on the river or doing something fun together when they don't have soccer games scheduled.
I have spent my whole career in sales and the construction industry. Started right before my 18th birthday with Thomas Construction. I have spent the last 7 years with EZ Home Solutions and it has been a pleasure to serve the St. Louis area with their great team on my side.
